Greetings!

I received my mock-up of both the opening and closing introductions for my radio show as well as my 30-second promo spot. I finished picking out the music I plan on using for the show (the intro to Black Betty by Ram Jam). Sometime this week I have to go in and record a portion of the promo and/or commercial. This is definitely a learning curve, but I am excited about the show’s premiere on May 12th at Noon. I am starting to get extremely nervous about talking for an hour on just one or two topics. Any words of wisdom for me?

I am still interviewing web designers and am excited about the possibilities that Joomla can give to my site; if anyone reading this wants to create a module or plug-in for my site we can talk about advertising on both of my sites.

The world of Real Estate is still a viable industry so, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise as my mortgage business is going great guns and I get one-two calls a day with people inquiring about my products and services – plus, I am operating “By Referral Only” at this point and time. I haven’t even put any work into doing any marketing – although I do have several marketing plans sitting here ready to be implemented.

Today’s Tip: Use your Tax Stimulus Rebate Wisely; make a list of all of your debts and include how much you owe and the interest rate. If the stimulus is enough to pay off anything; pay it off. If its not, then pay the stimulus towards the highest interest rate. Once the highest interest rate item is paid off; then take those payments and ‘snowball’ it into the next one. I have a nifty worksheet that will set this up for you!
