Gosh! Its been over a month since my last post. So much has happened since then. We have had 4 successful airings of: “Finance Diva” and in-depth interview with a reporter from “The Kitsap Sun” (still unpublished) plus great feedback through the radio station. We are still seeking advertisers for the website, the blog, and the radio show. We have had one guest on our show and we many more scheduled. We are planning a series of shows about homebuying which will explain who all is involved, why its so expensive, and how to understand all of those forms you have to sign. We plan on having a couple guests on each show. So, start sending in your questions for appraisers, title reps, escrow reps, buyer’s agent, listing agent, underwriters, and processors.

We have talked quite a bit about credit scores on the show and that is the number one thing standing between your family and financial freedom; your credit score. Your credit score literally impacts everything in your life or at the very least anything you pay for in payments even if it doesn’t include interest. Car Insurance, Mortgage Rates, Credit Card Rates and perks, bank account perks, car loan rates, and the list goes on. Eventually, our credit score will be one of the most requested numbers in our lives (2nd only to our social security number).
