Finance Diva has partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions as a Virtual Service Corporation (VSC) to further our dedication to “do more with less.” We have obtained Super VSC Status as of June 2011. We are proud to offer you an opportunity to work from the comfort of your home as an Arise Certified Professional (ACP), servicing main stream Fortune 500 companies (these are companies you have heard of, but we are not able to post names publicly due to a Non-disclosure agreement) as an inbound customer service representative.

Benefits And Pay
As an Arise Certified Professional (ACP), you have the ability to choose your own hours, your own clients, and be your own boss. Since you will be working in an environment of your choosing (most commonly your home), you can take your job with you no matter your location. The rate of pay varies based on the client, call volume, and time of day, but you can expect to make $9.00 – $16.00/hour, plus client and VSC provided incentives.
Costs
An Arise Certified Professional is a subcontractor through Finance Diva and is responsible for the costs associated with providing a computer, high-speed internet, landline telephone, client trainings, and taxes. Finance Diva does not withhold any taxes from your pay, but we help you through the confusing maze of tax regulations for self-employed individuals. We do require a background check, which must be paid for upfront and costs approximately $19.95. The cost of ACP101 is normally $99 (but its frequently on sale) and mandatory client trainings range from $100-$279. The training is unpaid and the length varies by client. Both Finance Diva and Arise occasionally provide discounts on the costs of ACP101 and vouchers towards the costs of some client training. ACP101 goes on sale approximately every 10 days.
Schedule
As an ACP you choose your own hours. The schedule becomes available every week on a specific date and time (varies by client). When hours become available you can schedule blocks of time in 30 minute increments to work. Each client has a minimum amount of time each week (15-20 hours) and some clients have mandatory weekend hours (typically 5). These requirements are fully disclosed as part of the selection process for each client and are provided to you in writing.

To start the process of becoming an ACP, fill out an application at the Arise website. When asked who referred you, please enter ACP ID 661803. Our VSC ID is 36503. Finally, let us know you applied and are interested in our SVSC and we will guide you through every step of the process.
